Samuel L. Odle
Director
Samuel L. Odle is a Director of Alder Bowman and Senior Policy Advisor for Bose Public Affairs Group. Previously, Odle served as the chief operating officer of Indianapolis-based IU Health and held the position of CEO of both Methodist Hospital and University Hospital. He retired in July 2012 after a career that started as vice president of operations at Methodist Hospital in 1981.
Odle has been recognized on several occasions for both his professional and community service. In 2011, Odle received the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee “Charles L. Whistler Award” for his visionary and enthusiastic leadership in serving the community in addition to his success in bringing together the public and private sectors for civic improvement in Indianapolis. In 2007, Odle was inducted into the Indiana Business Hall of Fame. He holds honorary doctorate degrees from Martin University and Marian University.
Odle was named Moderator for the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XXXVIII in 2013 with the Indy Chamber. Board-certified in health care management, Odle is a fellow and past chairman of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He worked with the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship program to develop future health care leaders.
Active in the community, Odle is a member of the board of directors for WastePoint and has served on the board of directors for the Crossroads of America Council of the Boy Scouts of America since 2001, including a term as president when he launched a $16 million major gifts campaign to help fund Scouting programs and resources to boys throughout the state. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Jordan Foundation. In 2008, Odle served as chairman of the United Way fundraising campaign, which raised nearly $39 million. He was an elected member of the Indianapolis Public Schools – School Board.

John Poracky

John Poracky, is a Director of Alder Bowman and Business Partner of Incare Global USA LLC. Previously, John was President of AIMS International-US, and led AIMS International’s Global Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare and Life Science practice teams.
Poracky has extensive experience with domestic and international searches. He was responsible for building and expanding his customer base, which included several operations within multiple countries. Having a deep background with International clients, Poracky was able to serve as a Board Member of AIMS International. Poracky led all AIMS partners in North, Central and South America.
He has achieved a legacy of excellence having led numerous leadership searches for organization including Anthem, Ascension, Community Health Systems, United Health Group LLC, & WebMD Health Corp. John entered the search profession after acquiring extensive tenure in Operational and IT Management Consulting experience with Deloitte Consulting.
Poracky holds an M.B.A. from California Coast University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and finance from Indiana University. He has also completed numerous courses at the Center for Creative Leadership at Harvard University.

Debbie Birch has had a long and diversified career in education. She has a strong background in direct academic delivery, administrative management in higher education, grant research, and proposal writing.
During her a 27-year career at Purdue University Northwest, she was the Executive Director of Educational Outreach programs; Director of Educational Talent Search; and held several interim positions. Prior to her coming to Purdue, Debbie was a classroom teacher in Michigan.
Debbie holds a Master of Arts from Rochester University in Rochester, MI, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.
For the past 12 years, Debbie has been actively volunteering at Neighbors Educational Opportunities. NEO is a not-for-profit organization that runs a free alternative public high school, Adult Education, and is a High School Equivalency (HSE) testing site. She has been the board president for the past 3 years.

He began his career at McKinley Avenue Agency, where he excelled as a Sales Executive, Simon's dedication and leadership qualities soon earned him a promotion to the role of Executive Director of Business Development. Transitioning to Oracle NetSuite, Simon embraced the role of Business Development Representative, leveraging his expertise to identify new business opportunities and forge impactful partnerships.
Simon's journey is defined by his unwavering passion for driving business growth, coupled with his exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to achieve timely project deliverables.
Simon is a graduate of Ball State University and lives in Chicago, Il. In his spare time he enjoys golf and Formula-1 and competing in cart racing.
