David and his team have a demonstrable record of success serving clients including Ascension, AMITA Health, Franciscan Alliance, CHS/Lutheran Hospital System, and Saint Vincent Health and Westchester Medical Center.
Recently, completed searches include Hospital President & Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Executive Director Foundation, Systems SVP & Chief Operations Officer, SVP System Post-Acute Care and SVP Mission Integration.

Before establishing Alder Bowman, David was a Partner with AIMS International, Vice President, Executive Search, JPMorgan Asset Management and a Manager within Crowe Horwath's Organizational Systems Management group
David is a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives, ASHHRA, & ACHEMT. He has presented at events sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management, The Research Roundtable, and the Chicago Association of Minority Recruiters.
A graduate of Roosevelt University's Public Administration program, David and his wife of 30 years recently relocated to Nashville, TN.
