Assess
• Our candidates embark on a multi-step assessment process including pre-screening, in-person interviews, written and verbal presentations and performance validations. • We verify employment history, education and professional credentials, and speak with references. • Finalist candidates are subject to additional assessments that may be administered by one of our selected Industrial Psychologist partners. |
Select & Hire
• Clients receive comprehensive candidate reports including all objective and subjective information acquired during the assessment process. • We facilitate on-site interviews, and develop question and assessment guides for your interview team. • Once a finalist is selected, we assist in formulating, negotiating and communicating offers of employment. |
