This is used to market the search, assess candidates, prepare panel interviewers and serve as an initial guide for the hired executive. |
Attract
• We conduct research and develop a customized list identifying organizations and individuals that align with the parameters of the search. • We directly engage prospects identified in research and contacts we know as trusted referral sources. We share the Position Specification so prospective candidates may assess their interest in the role. |
Assess
• Candidates embark on a multi-step assessment process including pre-screening, in-person interviews, written and verbal presentations and performance validations. • We verify employment history, education and professional credentials, and speak with references. • Finalist candidates are subject to additional assessments that may be administered by one of our selected Industrial Psychologists. |
Select & Hire
• Finalist candidates are presented with comprehensive reports including all objective and subjective information acquired during the assessment process. We then assist scheduling on-site interviews. • On request, we can facilitate on-site interviews, and develop question and assessment guides for your interview team. • Once a finalist is selected, we assist in formulating, negotiating and communicating offers of employment. |
