Director, Family Nurse Practitioner Program Search Summary
Mission - Alder Bowman has been retained by Marian University’s Leighton School of Nursing to conduct a search for a Director to lead its Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program. Located in Indianapolis, IN, this doctoral program is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Scope - The Director of the FNP Program reports to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and is a key liaison to administration, faculty, and community partners. Responsibilities include curriculum development, program growth, community outreach, clinical placement contracts, teaching, student recruitment, and outcomes monitoring. Additionally, the Director works with faculty to assure excellence in education and compliance with accreditation standards.
