Delta has over 20 years of experience helping companies including Johnson Controls, Kohl’s, Rockwell Automation, We Energies, Foley & Lardner, and Quarles & Brady. His work includes Executive Search, DEI Strategy, Workforce Development, Public/Private Partnerships and Supplier Diversity Strategy Consulting.
He is widely recognized for his people-first, system-aware approach to leadership advisory—an approach that blends boardroom insight with real-world impact. Delta has helped organizations to connect executive search, talent acquisition, workforce development, and equity goals. From C-suite recruitment to community development, Delta’s work bridges the gap between corporate and community in practical, meaningful ways.
Prior to joining Alder Bowman Delta founded The Ten Group and Home Base for Heroes, a provider of housing and services to military veterans. Delta is highly engaged in community and civic affairs. This includes board appointments with Veterans Chamber of Commerce, Milwaukee Center for Leadership Development, Silver Spring Neighborhood Center, NAAAHR and SHRM. He was also elected and served as 2nd District Commissioner of Milwaukee County.
